I have no clue what is going on or how it even happened but the account I put the access key on is for this account, but when I loged on to one of my other accounts it has Factions on it, what is going on or how it happened I have no clue. I pre ordered Factions from amazon.com and when I added the access key to that pre ordered account it had said it was added but when I had loged on the account it had the message that my account was not currently authorized to play Guild Wars, so I tryed adding it to one of my other accounts and it then told me that the access key I entered was being used by another account so thats when I sent a email to you guys but now it is working on the account that it said I couldnt use it on becouse of it already being used by another account, now what id like to know is why it is now working on a account that it said I couldnt use it on?

Sounds like you made 2 seperate accounts instead of combining them.
